What if I already have a Trust?

If you already have a Living Trust, please refer to the maintenance instructions we provided in your Trust binder for how to maintain it and keep it updated.

We recommend that every 4-5 years – or sooner if there is a change in the laws, your family situation, or property profile – you do a comprehensive review your existing Trust with us.

If you want to make changes or additions to your Trust, please use the buttons below to schedule a meeting with us. To make sure your Trust keeps pace with your life events, we need a completed Estate Planning Questionnaire (click the button below), to bring us up to date on your current situation because even if our office made your Trust for you before, the information you gave us 5, 10, or more years ago when you had your Trust created, will be very different from your situation and asset values etc. now.
